Other Documents for first time child passport applications

When applying for a first time child passport, His Majesty's passport office will require:

  • Original Birth certificate - please note that there are 2 types of birth certificates that exist, one is the short version which contains the babies details, and a full version that contains the parent's details. His Majesty's passport office will only accept the full version.
  • Original Adoption Certificate

UK passports can be obtained directly through HM Passport Office without paying our additional private service fee. Our fees are separate from HM Passport Office fees and are for private administrative assistance, document checking and application support.
