There is no need to go to the passport office as by using Rapid British Passports, once we have received your application via post or courier, we will take care of the submission of your documents to His Majesty's Passport Office, and the collecting and returning of your newly issued UK passport.

This saves you the inconvenience of having to travel and stay in London while your passport is being processed. For urgent Rapid British Passports, we offer a Same Day Passport Service, which is processed within 12 hours from the moment Rapid British Passports receives your application to the moment it is issued by His Majesty's Passport Office.

We can also offer an urgent Next Day Service, which takes 24 hours for your new passport to be issued from the moment we receive your application.

Documents pre-checked before sent

Your agent will check your items in order to avoiding delays and rejection. For each individual UK passport application, a member of our customer service team will go through all your submitted documents and check that they are all completed properly, and will be accepted by His Majesty's Passport Office without any complications or delays.

There are strict requirements regarding the passport photos, the way the application form is filled out, and for countersignatories. If your documents are not completed properly, the passport office may reject your application and you will have to start the process all over again.
